Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available) so you can track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their policy. If the order is not received after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.

Delayed Deliveries
